Dear friends,
The M27, Moores Yachts first build, is aptly named "Patience." The North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort kindly let us use their boat house for the inaugural launch. It was a roaring success.
I am grateful to everyone who saw this project through, from the naval architects who took my fever dreams and turned them into actionable designs and plans to the crew who completed the project despite relocation, changes in the business, and many, many other projects getting in the way.
A big thank you for letting a man see his dreams through to reality.
Please check the photo album shot by my son, James Moores III. He lent his art school photography talents for his Dad's big day and I'm probably as proud of his photos as the boat.
